Skyve 20181211 released

This was a minor release, but Skyve 20181211 is now available in Nexus.

  • Add bizKey generation to transient documents as toString() by default

  • Javadoc includes private methods when producing Skyve system documentation

  • Use reflection to set style class in AdminFacesComponentBuilder as faces has no abstraction in its component model for CSS methods

  • Add overview.html generation when producing skyve system documentation

  • Add User.getContactImageId() and User.getContactImageUrl() to the User metadata object
