Developer Guide Refresh

The Skyve Developer Guide was moved to GitHub pages this week, which allows it to finally be searchable! The developer guide can still be accessed from GitHub, but the new link is https://skyvers.github.io/skyve-dev-guide/.

The contents of the guide was also given a much needed refresh, and now features up to date screenshots and lots more code examples and a new section on Internationalisation.
